Bluetooth

Bluetooth is the name given to a technology that lets you send data wirelessly from one device to another. The distance between the devices isn't very long to stay connected, but it's long enough for you to connect things like a wireless Bluetooth handset to your computer.

It's an odd name "Bluetooth", apparently it's named after the tenth-century Danish king Harald the First.

Bluetooth is commonly used on mobile phones to connect to a computer or headset.
