Yes, your phone has a handsfree speakerphone and can manage a 3-party call between landline and Skype calls.
 

Can I use several handsets with the same base station?

Yes, you will be able to use up to four handsets, which can all take advantage of the same Skype account. 

Can I make emergency calls with Skype-ready cordless phone?
 

The Skype-ready cordless phone functions as a regular landline phone that integrates Skype’s complementary software and call features. It enables both Skype and landline calling and is to be kept connected to the landline at all times. Emergency calls from the Skype-ready cordless phone can be terminated through the landline connection only.
